MEDIA TRAINING
We are happy to accept cancellations with a full refund up to seven working days after we receive confirmation of your booking, for whatever reason. Cancellation must be in written form by email or letter.
We will credit to you within 30 days any sum paid or debited from your credit card. If a seminar is cancelled by you within 14 days of the date of the event, a cancellation fee of £500 will apply. Cancellations eight or more days after booking are subject to a £100 administration charge.
We will advise you of any change in the programme as well as a change of trainer. You may nominate a substitute delegate at any time.
This agreement is subject to European Union law and applies to all services supplied by Capricorn Media Limited (Registered: 2 AC Court, High Street, Thames Ditton, Surrey KT7 0SR)
Capricorn Media Limited will never share your personal or business information with anyone outside the company, or use it for any purpose to which you have not explicitly agreed.
CORPORATE
PRODUCTIONS/TV COMMERCIALS
Cancellation of an agreement for a corporate production/television commercial must be in written form by email or letter. Cancellations eight or more days after booking are subject to a £100 administration charge. Capricorn Media Ltd will also be reimbursed of any cost already incurred prior to cancellation.

Payment Stages – Corporate Productions
This is broken down in to three stages of the agreed production cost plus VAT:
20% plus VAT is paid as cleared effects in to our account on or before the FIRST day of filming.
40% plus VAT is paid as cleared effects in to our account on or before the LAST day of filming.
40% plus VAT is paid in to our account on or by the FINAL PRESENTATION DAY.
Payment Stages – Television Commercials
This is broken down in to just two stages of the agreed commercial cost plus VAT:
50% plus VAT is paid as cleared effects in to our account prior to the STORYBOARD being created. 50% plus VAT is paid in to our account on or by the day the Commercial is APPROVED.
